Your puppy has been raised with all the care and expertise possible. It has been given any allowed or necessary shots as provided in a separate document. The parents of your puppy have been x-rayed free of hip and elbow dysplasia and rated by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. All other recommended health certifications, including CERF, have also been done. To the best of our knowledge, they are also free of any other hereditary faults but, because there are not tests available, we cannot not guarantee that they cannot be a carrier of any hereditary faults.

Your puppy is guaranteed against hereditary diseases including hereditary (not environmental) hip dysplasia until the age of two years. If the unforeseen happens and a problem does arise, please notify us immediately. Show prospect puppies are guaranteed not to develop a disqualifying fault by the age of one year.

The purchaser agrees:
To provide a safe, healthy, happy environment and to provide physical and health care in accordance with common veterinary protocol. To spay/neuter this puppy if requested by the breeder.

If circumstances arise that the purchaser can no longer keep the dog, the assistance of the breeder shall be sought before any final decisions regarding the dog are made. Any of our dogs are welcomed back home at any age! If is further agreed that the purchaser will not resell the dog without first consulting with the breeder.

To have all appropriate certifications done before considering breeding. The purchaser further agrees not to breed this dog to one that has or carries hereditary disease. We ask that you allow us to guide you in finding the proper mate for your dog. The purchaser agrees that no puppies produced from a mating of this dog shall be wholesaled.
