Seller/Buyer Agreement
Trails of Tails agree to sell said puppy to____________________, buyer.
A non- refundable deposit of $300 will be required to hold a puppy until it is six weeks old, (picked up), 8 weeks old, (if flown). The remainder of the total cost will be paid prior to transfer of puppy from Trails of Tails to buyer. If the puppy is not picked up, or arranged to fly at the date agreed on by buyer / seller, additional charges of $10 per day will be made. If buyer fails to take delivery of said puppy they will forfeit funds made as deposit and the puppy will remain property of Trail of Tails.
Any puppy that is flown and is returned by the airlines due to failure for buyer to pick up from airport will not be re-flown but will become property of Trails of Tails. No money will be refunded.
Buyer/s agree that they understand the responsibility of dog ownership is a long time commitment and are familiar with Siberian Husky breed and their care. Buyer/s agree to provide for said puppy a safe environment, food, water, shelter, medical care, etc.
Trails of Tails agree to deliver registration papers at time of delivery for the buyer to register the puppy at their expense. Also, we will provide Vet records of puppy’s check ups and immunization records.

If a deposit has been made for an unborn puppy, color cannot be guaranteed.
Trails of Tails retain the rights to void this contract if necessary for the health of the above puppy.
If for any reason _________________________, buyer cannot keep the above stated puppy/dog, contact Trails of Tails immediately.
