Little River German Shorthair’s Health Guarantee
We go to great lengths to provide healthy, sound pups. We take pride in satisfying new owners with the selection of their new puppy and we very much want you to be pleased with your new addition.
Replacement shall be supplied free of all charges except shipping and health certificates. If the value of the replacement puppy is greater then the original purchase price, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference if Little River German Shorthair’s so chooses it to be required.
The buyer has several responsibilities for the terms of this guarantee to remain in effect:
1. The breeder must be notified within 15 days of diagnosis of Hip Dysplasia, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Congenital Cataract.or any any other disorder or reason the pup or started dog needs to be replaced.
2. The dog must be neutered or spayed before reaching 30 months of age if it is effected.
3.The dog may not have been bred, nor change ownership prior to claim.
4.Our kennel name "Little River" must be used and appear in the dogs AKC registered name.
Claim for replacement shall be accompanied by the following:
1. Original AKC registration certificate. With ownership signed back to us.
2. A veterinary certification of Hip or Eye defect or other congenital defects described above.
3. Veterinary certification of neutering/spaying.
The breeder reserves the right to take possession of the affected live dog in the event the buyer makes a claim for a replacement puppy.
In the event the buyer would euthanize the dog prior to notifying Little River German Shorthair’s, all terms of this contract are therefore void.
Little River German Shorthair’s reserves the right to make any additional replacements for any reason on an individual base. We take care of our customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are fully satisfied with their new addition from Little River German Shorthair’s.
