Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. All puppies will be registered with the American Kennel Club, but there are two different types of registration. Most of my puppies will be sold with PET REGISTRATION, meaning that the puppy is full-bred but cannot be used for showing or breeding. These puppies will be sold on a spay/neuter contract your pet has to be spayed or neutered at around 6 months of age. This is to prevent irresponsible breeding. Puppies that are available with FULL AKC REGISTRATION will be eligible to participate in all AKC shows and have their offspring registered with the AKC. Please let me know up front if you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies with full registration. Not all puppies can be sold with full registration. These are still full blood AKC pups but would be great family pets. Your pup needs to be apart of your house hold.
