Our new owner agreement essentially states that the new owner will provide a safe, clean living environment for the dog at all times; the dog will be inside the home, in a fenced lawn, or on a leash at all times, (Dog's don't run away. People let them go.); and that the owner will return the dog should he/she be unable to keep the dog at any point during the dog's life. The agreement also states that owner is aware that he/she has the option to have the puppy spayed/neutered by a competent, liscensed vet at 8 weeks of age before being sold, at no additional cost. It gives (us) the seller, the right to repossess the dog if the owner does not rightfully adhere to the terms of contract. (Such as in cases of neglect, animal cruelty, etc.)
