**Bill of Sale**
You are buying the above puppy/dog for the amount of $________Your deposit of $_300.00_ (non refundable) will hold the puppy. When the puppy is 6 weeks old the amount of $_______ is due. If balance due is not received by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old you forfeit your deposit and said puppy can be resold. Shipping is $300.00 and is (non refundable) after shipping takes place. The shipping will need to be paid with the balance for the said puppy/dog.

**72 Hour Health Guarantee**
This agreement is made to protect both us (seller) and you (buyer). It is for the first 72 hours only. All care has been taken by the seller to ensure the heath of this puppy. The first puppy shot has been given and it is your responsibility to have a vet finish the last two or three shots every three weeks. We (seller) recommend that you (buyer) have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick up. If a problem is detected you (buyer) should notify us (seller) within 5 days of pick up. A replacement or refund will be made provided that the puppy is returned with his/her AKC papers and the vet report and confirmed by our (seller) vet. Minor or common problems are not covered under this guarantee and are your (buyer) responsibility. We the (seller) will not cover any puppy for Parvovirus “parvo” under any circumstance. All puppies leave our home free of parvo. We are not required to comply with the refund for any injuries or illnesses that take place after you (buyer) take possession of the puppy. Puppies are very susceptible at this age and should be treated accordingly. Please remember they’re not only puppies they are babies!!! You are solely responsible for the care and well being of this puppy when it leaves the premises, since we (seller) are no longer in control of the puppy. We also recommend you feed Vitamin C, Brewers yeast and Multi Vitamins on a daily basis. We feed our dogs Nutro Ultra Puppy until six months of age. Then Nutro Ultra Adult. We recommend that you feed a high quality food to your new family member. We don’t feed a lot of by-products whether it be in their food or treats. We can recommend another food if you would like.
**1 year Health Guarantee**
We will cover any genetic life threatening problems. We will refund you 50% of your money or give you another puppy of the same value when we (breeder) have one. A replacement or refund will be made provided that the dog is returned with his/her AKC papers, the vet report and is confirmed by our (seller) vet. We will not cover or refund shipping to us or back to you or veterinarian charges in any way and are your (buyers) responsibility. We do not cover any type of mange as we have no control of the environment the puppy is in. Please know that mange is not always genetic in fact in most cases it is caused by stress or if the puppy/dog gets sick in any way. Note: Mange is treatable and is not life threatening if treated properly.
**Purchaser Agreement**
This section shall serve to memorialize the sale and terms of said sale. By executing this contract, you submit and agree to both form and content of all subsequent text. By purchasing the above referenced animal, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of sale:

______ Limited Registration Contract (A.K.C. limited registration) This puppy is considered to be a pet and may not be bred (not intentionally or unintentionally). Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog between the age of four to six months and mail Seller a veterinarian verification upon completion of that operation, and we will mail you out the AKC Papers then.
______ Full Registration Contract (A.K.C. full registration) for a female puppy. This puppy is considered to be breed quality. Buyer agrees to allow puppy to mature (18 months of age) before being bred. Although we do not guarantee that dogs will have puppies.
______ Full Registration Contract (A.K.C. full registration) for a male puppy. This puppy is considered to be breed quality. Buyer agrees to allow puppy to mature ( 1 Year of age ) before breeding. Although we do not guarantee that dogs will have puppies.
_____ The Buyer has the option of naming their new dog with the exception that all puppies carry our name "Enchanted Ridge" at the front of their A.K.C. registered name. Buyer agrees to register this dog within 1 year of the purchase date and send a copy of the AKC registration to Seller upon receipt. If Buyer fails to use "Enchanted Ridge" in front of the registered name or to register dog in accordance with this paragraph, all guarantees made by Seller in this contract will become void.
_____ That in the event you are unable and/or unwilling to provide care for said animal at any time, said puppy/dog is to be returned to Enchanted Ridge Min Pins with AKC papers signed over to (seller) for a value negotiated at the time of return, Said puppy/dog is not under any circumstances to be resold or given away with out Enchanted Ridge’s written consent. Also that by returning said animal, all previous owners’ rights are forfeited immediately subsequent to time of return.
