Contract Of Agreement
The following is a contract agreement and receipt of transaction between seller and puppy buyer.
When leaving the care of the breeder, the Poodle puppy is in good health as documented by our veterinarian.
You have 3 days after receiving your puppy to have it checked out by your veterinarian. . Travel, new environments, change of water and diet can cause stress and effect the puppy. This puppy is covered by a 10-day health guarantee Accidents, trauma, injury or mishandling, are not the seller’s responsibility, and are not covered in this contract.
The health of the puppy is warranted against congenital condition for one year from the date of birth which includes Heart, liver, Lungs and Kidneys and eyes only The seller is responsible for any incurred veterinarian charges up to the sale price of the puppy.
In the event of death, an autopsy will be performed by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer’s expense and a copy of the report will be sent to the seller to determine if the puppy will be replaced.
If replacement is necessary: The puppy will be of equal value unless the buyer wants to pay the difference for a more expensive puppy. Size, weight, color, and personality are predicted but not guaranteed. Fertility is also not guaranteed, since these poodles are bred as family pets, not for breeders or for showing. Deposits are not refundable if the buyer decides not to get the puppy. The size of your Poodle has been honestly represented based on previous litters and parents size. No size or color guarantee is made for this puppy. If you choose to show or breed your puppy, that is your decision, and we the breeders, are not liable.
The seller assumes no responsibility for landlord disapproval, family disagreement, or allergy to animals.
When the puppy comes into your home, care must be taken to assure continued health of the puppy. Each puppy is raised with love, care and attention. We hope your puppy brings you much happiness! They are Precious Poodles!
Make deposit of 250.00 which is nonrefundable or payment full in the form of a postal money order, cashiers check or personal check made payable to
Lynda Levine. If personal check is used it must clear before puppy is released to buyer. Puppy must be paid in full at 7 weeks of age. The buyer must take ownership of the puppy at 8wks. Unless other arrangements are made ahead of time between buyer and seller.
