*The puppy’s health is guaranteed for 7 days from time of possession from any hereditary defects that are life threatening. Excluding any accidents, fleas, mites, hernias and worms. Puppy must be returned with a vet report and a replacement of equal value will be given when one is available. *During this time the puppy should be examined by your vet to confirm its soundness.

*This puppy is sold on a spay/neuter agreement by 6 months old. Papers will be held until written proof from a certified vet that the dog was spayed or neutered. If dog is not fixed by 8 months old is cause for me to reposes the puppy till spay/neurter can be scheduled. . Initial:______

*All puppies will be registered with CAMIC on the registration papers. No exceptions.
*Change to full AKC with CERF testing, there is a $300 fee. *Camic farm can change there mind in selling this puppy at any point before the pup/dog leaves the premises and a full refund will be given.
