We are a small kennel specializing in the select breeding of AKC Champion Border Collies. We strive to improve the Border Collie through meticulous breeding for conformation, working/herding ability, athleticism and temperament. Our dogs come from the best Australian, New Zealand and British show/working lines. We believe in preserving the traditional Border Collie by only breeding dogs that exhibit the ability to herd and work. We practice responsible breeding by testing all our dogs for eye, hip and genetic diseases such as CEA/CH and CL (by OptiGen), Hip Dysplasia (by OFA), Elbow Dysplasia (by OFA), Thyroid (by OFA), CERF and TNS. For every breeding, the sire and dam are carefully matched with respect to genetics, pedigree and type. Being a small breeder, we only breed once or twice a year and occasionally have puppies available for sale. Border Collies are a herding breed and have a need to work. Therefore, we selectively place our puppies into homes for showing, agility, herding, working and other competitive arenas.
