Our contract states you are purchasing a purebred German Shepherd registerable with the AKC and that the pedigree papers are accurate. In the case of pet puppies, the animal is not to be used for breeding and is being sold with a limited registration. The contract also states the health guarantees as already listed on the health guarantee section of this site. A copy of the contract can be sent upon request.
