At ApacheRidge Ranch we love our ridgebacks. Our dogs are first and foremost: our family pets and loving members of our family. We hand raise our puppies in the home with our children so that each one will be a wonderful joy to their new owners. All our dogs have a great mentality, easy going temperament and conformation as show dogs, obedience dogs, tracking dogs or just couch potatoes. We have AKC Champion bloodlines selectively bred for health, good temperaments, laidback personalities, show confirmation, and unlimited versatility. From Liver nose to Black nose in addition to light wheaten all the way to dark, red wheaten dogs - We love them all and heavily socialize them with our children and multiple friends. Because we only occasionally breed: all of our puppies are whelped indoors and stay in their own room in our home until they go to their forever family. All our puppies are vet checked and are guaranteed free from dermoid sinus, sight or hearing impairments, and guaranteed to have perfect teeth and bite. All their dew claws are removed before they are 2 days old. The parents are Orthopedic Foundation (OFA) and / or PennHip certified Good to Excellent for their hips. All thyroids have been checked. All are very strong, healthy, family dogs with sound minds. Our puppies are a perfect representation of the breed, being structurally and temperamentally suited as wonderful companions and loyal obedience dogs. If at any time, for any reason, you are unable to maintain, care for, or keep an ApacheRidge puppy or dog, we require that you return he or she to ApacheRidge Ranch for the protection, health, happiness, and well being of the puppy or dog.
