REGISTRATION: Seller certifies that this dog was bred in accordance with the American Kennel Club (AKC) registration requirement for purebred dogs. Breeder will/ will not transfer AKC Registration Papers at the completion of sale of said dog.
This dog is being sold as a Purebred. Please refer to the AKC website for full definition of these terms. Breeder will provide copies of Sire/Dam Pedigrees. AKC Registration Papers will/will not be transferred to seller on this puppy. Puppy is to be spayed/neutered. OR Puppy is to be placed as a show/breed prospect.
HEALTH GUARANTEE: Seller certifies that this dog is, to the best of his knowledge, and has been certified by a Veterinarian to be healthy at the time of sale. Seller guarantees against any genetic defects for the period of one year from time of sale. Vaccination records and a health background will be provided by the Seller, which includes information on diet, shots, worming, bathing, and any other treatments given this dog.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS OF SALE:
1) Buyer agrees to provide for this dog’s emotional and physical care, including annual physical examinations and recommended vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian; nutritious food, positive-reward behavior training; local dog licenses if required. This dog does not have a permanent identification-loss protection by microchip.
2) Buyer understands that this breed of dog needs special considerations regarding its environment, and agrees to house this dog indoors the majority of time. When outdoors, this dog requires fixed shade, ample safe and clean water supply, and complete and secure fencing.
3) Buyer agrees to inform the seller if/when this dog is moved to another city or state, and the seller agrees, likewise, to inform buyer of any change in location. This dog shall not be offered for sale or transfer to a third party without written consent of the seller/breeder. If this dog should, anytime in its lifetime, need to be surrendered at no cost, the buyer will reclaim this dog, and its disposition becomes the choice of the breeder/seller.
4) Should the buyer be unable or unwilling to fulfill any of the above provisions, or if this dog is seized by any local authority as having been neglected or abandoned, the seller retains the right to reclaim this dog without compensation. The buyer agrees to pay the seller any and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of this contract.
ACCEPTANCE:
The undersigned buyer hereby acknowledges having read the terms of the contract and does hereby agree to abide by each of the provisions set forth above.
