Following are health screenings often performed on breeding Labrador Retriever adults; choosing a puppy from a breeder who tests parents for health can help avoid future health problems in your puppy:
CERF Screening (Canine Eye Research Foundation)
Elbow Displasia (OFA, by X-Ray)
Hip Dysplasia (OFA or PennHIP)
Narcolepsy (genetic test)
Progressing Retinal Atrophy (genetic test)
IMPORTANT: Yellow, Chocolate, and Black are the only registered colors of the Lab. Silver coloring in the Labrador is controversial; silver is considered as a form of the Chocolate color, but some authorities on the breed warn about possible crossing with Weimeraners, and that even if the lines are pure the coloring is still considered undesirable and any associated health issues with this coloring have not been determined. If you are investigating the silver color, do plenty of research into the breed, coloration, and any breeder.

FOX RED PUPS!!!! We have fox red females (light and dark) as well as a yellow female that will be available in early July (5th). The boys are spoken for at this time. The father of the litter is a great looking English bred boy who's father and grandfather are American Champions. The mother is a show/field girl who's father is an Amatuer Field Champion and Grandfather is an American Show Champion. Her last litter produced great looking fox red pups that are doing great out hunting and awesome family pets. Pups have dews removed, dewormed, shots, well socialized and exposed to all kinds of things (water, birds, stairs, slides, tunnels, cats, kids, ect). Dark reds, $1500, light reds $1300, yellow girl $950, pet price only.

BLACK and LIGHT YELLOW PUPS READY IN JUNE!! We have black and yellow puppies that will be ready in late June. We have 2 yellow boys, a yellow girl and 2 black girls available at this time. The yellows are $950 and blacks $850. Rosie and Moose are the parents, Rosie is UKC ptd and her dad is an Am CH. Moose is a UKC CH and CKC CH, he has many agility, obedience, and field titles. They both have great happy personalities and these pups would excel as family, hunting and therapy dogs.
