The following agreement is between Tatiana K. & James R. Myers, “Shazzam Of Oz” kennel hereafter referred to as”Breeder” and .........................................................................

The Breeder transfers all rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with ownership of dog described above to Purchaser.
Purchaser agrees and understands, that puppy described above sold as:
1) Puppy with OPEN AKC registration and breeding rights. .....................................................

If named above puppy was sold with OPEN AKC registration all breeding and show rights are transferred exclusively and directly to Purchaser (---------------------------------------). New owner of dog understand that this rights are NOT transferable from him/her to any other person. If this puppy ever will be resold/placed at another home, dog MUST be spayed/neutered by Purchaser, BEFORE giving the dog away and transferring any of his paperwork.
Buyer agrees that under NO circumstances will the puppy/dog EVER be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. Any transfer of possession or care of the puppy/dog to another party may only be done with written permission of Seller. Should buyer not be able to keep this animal for any reason, it is to be return to breeder/seller for placement without refund of any kind, unless the above written permission is obtained. If such permission is given, new owner sign a new contract similar to this one.

Purchaser agrees that this puppy will be spayed/neutered at appropriate age. Upon presentation of a veterinary’s letter stating that this puppy has been spayed or neutered, Seller will give Buyer registration slip, so animal could be registered at buyers name.

The Breeder guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at time of sell and will supply all health/shots records.
The Breeder guarantees this dog to be purebred dog of breed named above and provided all papers needful for registration of this puppy with American Kennel Club.
The Purchaser agrees to have this dog during first 7 days after making of purchase be taking to licensed veterinarian for complete examen. And let the Breeder to know about results during two days after examen.
At case if dog is found to be other that healthy, breeder offering complete money return or Purchaser may change this puppy at another puppy if any are available
Purchaser may return the dog ONLY with appropriate veterinarian conclusion supplied. It should have written:
1) Name and address of puppy’s owner.
2) Date of puppy’s examen.
3) Breed & description of dog (including permanent ID#)
4) Medical conditions.
5) Recommended treatment and estimated cost of it.
Must be signed by licensed veterinarian and provide his OR Vet. Hospital’s complete address and phone #.
At case if any genetical disorder will be found in dog described above till this dog will reach 5 years of age, the Breeder warrants full money return. The Purchaser agrees to supply appropriate veterinarian conclusion from Purchaser’s veterinarian . Breeder have right to ask about additional examen by Breeder’s veterinarian.
